VIRGINIA CCW & SAFETY TRAINING
WITHOUT LIVE FIRE
This is our most popular class. It is the MINIMUM required to apply for your STATE OF VIRGINIA CCW permit.
UTAH CCW & SAFETY TRAINING
WITHOUT LIVE FIRE
Also a popular class, you will obtain the ability to qualify and apply for your STATE OF UTAH CCW permit. A very good class for beginners and new firearm owners.
​Both of the above are a fun and relaxed – but safe - 5-6 hour Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals course and are excellent for anyone who is considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense and desires being a safe and responsibly armed citizen. The course consists of instruction in the following areas: How to apply for a CCW permit; Developing a Personal and Home Protection plan; Firearms Basics; Shooting Fundamentals; The Legal Use of Force; Police Interaction; Violent Encounters and their Aftermath; Gear and Gadgets and Basic and Advanced skills. Our course completion certificate will be awarded to all participants who successfully complete the course, allowing the student to apply for their Virginia or Utah CCW permit and/or complete day ine of the DC, MD, IL permit also!
ALTHOUGH NOT A REQUIREMENT TO TAKE THE CLASS, STUDENTS MAY BRING THEIR PERSONAL FIREARM (UNLOADED, CASED AND WITH THE OWNER'S MANUAL) TO CLASS. ABSOLUTELY NO AMMUNITION IS ALLOWED INTO THE CLASSROOM AT ANY TIME UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED BY AN INSTRUCTOR!!! This included any currently licensed CCW permit holders.
Students should also bring a box lunch and something to drink. Pre-registration is highly recommended as these classes tend to fill quickly.

MARYLAND, ILLINOIS, & WASHINGTON, DC CCW CLASSES
LIVE FIRE
These are two day classes with mandatory live fire range qualification. Students successfully completing the class will be able to apply for the respective CCW permit.
LIVE FIRE RANGE TIME
Ready to improve your shooting or just to learn HOW to fire a firearm? Just like many other skills, practice makes perfect! Range time is meant for you to use your firearm in a relaxed - but SAFE - live setting and to ensure that you know the proper way for care for and clean your firearm afterwards. Also, learn good safety practices when handling a firearm.

For $50/hour, you can come practice with a firearm to improve your familiarity whether it's one on one, a family, or a small group setting with a certified instructor and Range Safety Officer. Students should bring their UNLOADED and cased firearm, 2 magazines for a semi-automatic and 1-2 speed loaders (if using a revolver), the firearm owner’s manual, the holster that you plan to wear, and 50-100 rounds of ammunition. Eye and hearing protection in mandatory at all times while attending a live fire event.

Some firearms may be available for rent with prior arrangement if the student has none. Students will need to purchase the ammo at the range or bring their own. Ammunition cost depends on the caliber selected.
